The Shakedown Combo is a true rockin' band offering their own brand of Rockabilly.  The band is a shakedown from various British rockers who now base themselves out of Calgary Alberta, Canada.  Not that that restricts them at all, the band members are all touring veterans and have 1000's of touring miles under their belts cut across the Entirety of Europe, from The UK to Scandinavia and The Netherlands to the Depths of Italy, these guys have rocked out their passion to rockabilly clubs in all corners of the globe.  The Band Led By Davey Lee Goode is the result of the four members in the act setting their sights back on there roots as a Rockabilly performers.  Each member has been through various excursions into Blues territory but now find themselves once again in their element with their true love (Rockabilly).

The Band is currently awaiting the release of there debut CD due for release in a couple of months or so, most likely on Raucous Records in the UK.  This band is set on once again hitting the European and North American scene and has the energy to keep going wherever destiny make lead them.

Their Debut CD was Produced by Rockabilly and Guitar legend Danny B Harvey who is currently playing with Lemmy (Motorhead) and Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats) in their band "HEAD CAT".  Danny has a long history within the rockin' scene From Levy Dexter's Rockats, Thirteen Cats, Swing Cats with Lee Rocker and Slim Jim through to his work with Nancy Sinatra and an endless list of other credentials.  Danny is excited about the CD and is busy with the mixes right now.

The CD was Engineered by none less than Tim Crich author of RECORDING TIPS FOR ENGINEERS and Assistant engineers handbook: The definitive guide to working as an assistant engineer in today's modern recording studio.  He has written for many magazines including Canadian Musician and Prosound News.   Tim has over 20 years of experience in recording and has worked with such artists as The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger Solo projects, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Ozzy Osbourne, Cher, Bryan Adams, David Bowie. He has engineered for some of the biggest Producers in the world.   His work with The Shakedown Combo promosies to be a real treat.

There will be many surprises and offerings appearing here towards the year end and The Shakedown Combo will truly be hitting the road in January when they head off to California to shake themselves in LA.
